A premium construction project depends on more than good craftsmanship. It requires experienced project management, proactive communication, and a team that respects your time, your home, and the investment you are making. Good project management comes at a price, but it results in a much smoother, cleaner process.
Our process is designed to give you full visibility at every stage and to eliminate the uncertainty that too often comes with complex residential construction. Here is what working with us looks like.

Finished Detail Initial Conversation
We start with a phone call or meeting to understand your project, goals, and timeline. This is a chance for us to learn what you are looking for and for you to learn how we work. There is no obligation and no pressure. It is simply a conversation about your project.
We will ask about the scope of work, your budget expectations, whether you have an architect or designer, and your ideal timeline. This helps us understand whether we are the right fit for each other.
Pre-Construction
For smaller projects, we work directly with you to define the project scope and help with finish selections like tile, cabinets, countertops, and materials. We then develop a detailed estimate and schedule. For architect-driven projects, this phase typically takes two to six months as we coordinate with the design team and wait for key decisions.
This is where we build the roadmap. You will receive a complete project schedule outlining every task, duration, start date, and completion date before construction begins. We handle permitting, subcontractor coordination, and material sourcing so nothing is left to chance.
Construction
This is where the work comes to life. Our team manages the project daily, coordinating trades, maintaining a clean job site, and keeping you informed through weekly meetings and email updates. Typical builds run six to twelve months.
We pride ourselves on clean, organized job sites, respect for your home and neighbors, and proactive communication. If something comes up, you will hear about it before it becomes a problem.
Final Details & Walk-Through
As the project nears completion, we work through the final details: punch list items, final inspections, and a thorough walk-through with you. Our last seven large projects were completed on or ahead of schedule, with the most recent two finishing nearly a month early.
We do not consider a project done until you are satisfied with the result. After the walk-through, we handle any remaining items and make sure everything is clean and ready for you to enjoy.
